Input & Output Spec
- Input
The simple PLC can be connected to various switch-isolated inputs such as push buttons, proximity switches,cylinder magnetic switches, relay contacts, photoelectric sensors, Hall sensors, etc. It has built-in 5V pull-up and over-current and over voltage protections.
For the simple PLC with analog input, it can also support the transmitter, current and voltage module and other signal access, with analog input range (0~20mA, 4~20mA, 0~5V, 0~10V).
- Output
It can be connected to various switching loads, like contactors, solenoid valves, relays, LEDs, alarm devices, etc. The model with analog output can also be controlled by 0-10V to the frequency converter to adjust speed etc.

Tips: Structure and Principle of Programmable Relay
Programmable relay stores some typical relay logic control program in internal memory in advance and realize some simple logic control and sequence control function by the user program combination and calls. The user program uses the ladder diagram or functional diagram language through panel, intuitive and easy to understand. The switching signal input by the button, switch etc., through sequential procedures, through sequential execution of the program, can perform arithmetic operations, logic operations, analog operations, timing, up/down counting, frequency measurement on the input signals, and there are functions such as display parameters, communication, simulation operation, etc. Its integrated internal software function and programming software can replace the traditional relay logic circuit, such as the logic circuit composed of relay, contactor and timer, and has a strong anti-interference ability.
In addition, its hardware is standardized. To change the control function only need to change the program. Therefore, in the relay logic control system, the timer relay, intermediate relay, counter, contactor and timer can be replaced by "soft instead of hard", in order to simplify the circuit design, and to complete more complex logic control, which even the traditional relay logic control mode cannot achieve the function.
