Tips: Application of vacuum generator
The traditional use of the vacuum generator is to cooperate with the vacuum suction cup for the adsorption and handling of various materials, especially suitable for the adsorption of fragile, soft, non-metal materials or spherical objects. In this type of application, the common characteristics are the small amount of exhaust required, low vacuum requirements and intermittent work. Vacuum ejectors are widely used in industrial automation, machinery, electronics, packaging, printing, plastics and other fields. It plays the following role in these areas:
- Transport by vacuum suction. The vacuum generator is combined with a vacuum suction cup and generates vacuum to absorb the workpiece and send them to the designated place.
- Fix workpiece. Fix the thin workpiece by vacuum to perform grinding.
- At the end of handling, in order to make the workpiece away from the suction cup as soon as possible, the method of blowing compressed air into the vacuum suction cup is adopted to achieve the purpose of destroying the vacuum quickly. The vacuum ejector consumes a certain amount of compressed air in the process of adsorption transport from vacuum generation to vacuum destruction. For fully automatic continuous operation machinery, compressed air consumption is very large.
