There is a highly sensitive pressure-sensing element on each side of the oil differential pressure switch. Once the pressure at both ends of the element changes, the switch mechanism will be activated to control the system's equipment, such as motor-driven valves.

Tips: Typical application of oil differential pressure switch
Oil differential pressure switch is usually used to control the pressure difference between the liquid supply pipe and the return pipe in the water and oil series. A typical application is to install the valve in the bypass pipe near the system water (oil) pump. When the pressure difference at both ends of the system pipe increases (or decreases) and exceeds the controller setting value, the valve will open (or close) to reduce the pressure difference at both ends of the system liquid pipe, so as to achieve normal operation of the system.
