Tips: How to solve the noise of fanless industrial PC?
Reduce the noise of fanless industrial PC radiators
- Mute radiator. The principle of silent radiator is to increase the fan speed, speed up the air flow, increase the fan diameter, widen the air duct, increase the air area of radiator. Alternatively, the fan shape of radiator can be optimized, and drainage design can be used to avoid the flowing of surrounding airflow instead of forcing the air to flow.
- Make radiator and bottom to be integrated. Through various accessories of fanless industrial PC, the external cold air is sucked in by the radiator in front of bottom and the radiators on both sides of bottom. Part of the hot air passing through the CPU is exhausted from the radiator behind the bottom, and the other part of the hot air is exhausted through power radiator. This design can increase the air volume of radiator, increase the speed, effectively dissipate heat, reduce the noise, and extend the service life of fanless industrial PC.
Speed control
The main goal of a radiator fan is to meet the heat dissipation requirements of a high-load CPU. However, in actual use, fanless industrial PCs mostly use mid-, low-load and mid-end mainstream processors, and do not need to use a large speed to provide a large air volume. Therefore, the noise of fanless industrial PC radiator can be reduced by controlling the speed.
