The cylinder sensor is mainly used to detect the position of the piston in the cylinder, and the user can directly install it in the cylinder to use. As a detection device, the sensor is the primary link to realize automatic control and detection, and it can meet the various requirements of users for equipment information transmission, processing, storage, recording, display and control. Tips: The working principles of the cylinder magnetic sensor
1. Install the magnetic switch on the outside of the cylinder barrel. The cylinder can be various types of cylinders, but the cylinder barrel must be made of materials with weak magnetic permeability and strong magnetic isolation, such as duralumin, stainless steel, brass, etc.
2. Install a permanent magnet (rubber magnet) magnetic ring on the non-magnetic piston. When the magnetic ring moving with the piston approaches the switch, the two reeds of the reed switch are magnetized and attracted to each other, and the contacts are closed; After the magnetic ring is removed from the switch, the reed loses its magnetism and the contact is disconnected.
3. When the output point is closed or disconnected, an electrical signal is sent out (or the electrical signal disappears), and the corresponding solenoid valve is controlled to complete the switching action.
