    Explanation of parameters:

2-SPDT: There are two independent SPDT switching units, each with the following characteristics:
Single Pole (SP): Each switch has a movable contact which can be connected to one of two different circuits.
Double Throw (DT): Each switch has a contact that can be connected to one of two different contacts. These two contacts are usually referred to as Normally Open and Normally Closed.
Common (C): Contacts can be connected to this terminal.
Normally Open (NO): When the switch is not activated, the contacts are not connected to this terminal; when the switch is activated, the contacts are disconnected from Common and connected to Normally Open.
Normally Closed (NC): When the switch is not activated, the contacts are connected to this terminal; when the switch is activated, the contacts are disconnected from the normally closed terminal and connected to the common terminal.

Tips: 6 ways to maximize the performance of limit switch box

    1. Utilize the included adjustable mounting bracket, choosing either carbon steel or stainless steel to suit different installation environments. Ensure the switch box is securely fixed to avoid misoperation due to vibration.
    2. When wiring, make sure the copper core terminal blocks are securely connected to prevent poor contact due to looseness. Also, confirm that the voltage does not exceed 250VAC/DC to ensure safe operation of the switch.
    3. During installation, use the provided waterproof junction and cover to enhance the product’s waterproof capabilities, especially in humid or outdoor environments, to extend the lifespan of the switch box.
    4. This limit switch box is designed to operate within a temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius. Use it within this specified range to ensure the stability and reliability of the switch.
    5. Choose between copper contact microswitches and silver contact microswitches based on your specific application needs. Copper contacts are suitable for general industrial control situations, while silver contacts are better for precision equipment that requires high electrical conductivity and low contact resistance.
    6. Periodically inspect the switch box’s housing, contacts, and terminal blocks for any signs of wear, corrosion, or looseness. Address potential issues promptly to ensure the safe operation of your equipment.
