Tips: How to effectively control the stroke of the linear actuator?
ATO linear actuator adopts the advanced shell appearance. The inner side adopts the wearable materials with high strength. Some self-made components are also completed through the advanced processing center, so they can have very high loading capability, very low noise and strong shock resistance. Adopting the linear actuator for transmission in some precision tools with high accuracy requirements is a good choice. The stroke control device of the linear actuator is important as well. It is also an important constituent part of the linear actuator.
- Built-in limit switch is quite common. Its structure is to add the limit switch to the two ends of the casing. When the rod is moving, one point on the nut will touch the limit, cut off the power supply and avoid the continued operation of the motor, so as to realize the stroke control.
- Cam type is the second one. It means to install cam on the bottom in the first. When the rod is moving, the cam moves with it as well. When it moves to the switch, it means to reach the set stroke site. This is also convenient and common.
- Another one is PLC control, just as the potentiometer, optoelectric signal and so on. This checks the operation distance according to the impulse signal emitted by motor rotation.
