The quarter-turn electric valve actuators are used to control 0-90° rotating valves and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, plug valves, louver valves, etc. It is driven by power supply DC 24V, AC 24V, AC 220V, or AC 380V. This small electric valve actuator can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, pharmacy, paper making, energy, water treatment, shipping, textile, food processing, building automation and other fields.
The on-off electric valve actuator, 200Nm output torque, 30s working time, 0-90° working rotation, features compact size, light weight, fast opening and closing, easy installation, small operating torque, convenient operation, no need for maintenance and safe use.

Note:
* For the control circuit diagram, please refer to Electric Valve Actuator Instruction Manual.
** Due to different manufacturers and different operating environment, even the same type of valves actually has different working torque. Therefore, it is recommended that when selecting a electric valve actuator, the operating torque of the valve should be 60% ~ 80% of the rated output torque of the actuator.

Tips: Kind reminder for using an electric actuator
Electric actuators have many advantages including strong endurance and relatively high precision, high safety, stable operation under various conditions, etc. Here are some tips when using an electric valve actuator.
1. Avoiding gravity impact
Most of the electric actuators are made of aluminum alloy or other metal casings. However, when the electric actuators suffer gravity impact, they will still cause a decrease in precision and other series of follow-up problems. Therefore, keep away from obstacles and avoid heavy objects from contacting the electric actuators in the process of use and installation.
2. Selecting installation space carefully
For the installation environment, the electric valve actuators has many limitation. The first thing to be considered is that it cannot be installed in the explosive gas space. If such non-explosion-proof electric valve actuators are installed in high-density gas, dust environment or other environment, it is not conducive to the normal operation of electric actuators, even some danger may happen.
3. Protection
Generally, the electric valve actuators is installed in relatively harsh environment. In particular, some electric valve actuators need to be installed in a position with the splashing of water source or raw materials. In this case, a cover device must be added to protect the electric valve actuators. Take some measures to protect the electric valve actuator, so as to avoid decreasing the life of the electric actuator due to environmental problems. The better the environment, the lower the late failure rate of the electric actuator.
