The quarter-turn electric valve actuators are used to control 0-90° rotating valves and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, plug valves, louver valves, etc. It is driven by power supply DC 24V, AC 24V, AC 220V, or AC 380V. This small electric valve actuator can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, pharmacy, paper making, energy, water treatment, shipping, textile, food processing, building automation and other fields.
The 30s/150Nm electric valve actuator, on/off type, 0-90° working rotation, features compact size, light weight, fast opening and closing, easy installation, small operating torque, convenient operation, no need for maintenance and safe use.

Note:
* For the control circuit diagram, please refer to Electric Valve Actuator Instruction Manual.
** Due to different manufacturers and different operating environment, even the same type of valves actually has different working torque. Therefore, it is recommended that when selecting a electric valve actuator, the operating torque of the valve should be 60% ~ 80% of the rated output torque of the actuator.

Tips: 3 key factors for selecting a valve actuator
1. Drive energy
The most commonly used driving energy source is the power source or fluid source. If the power source is selected, the three-phase power source is generally chosen for the large-size valve, and the single-phase power source is for the small-sized valve. Generally, electric valve actuators are available in a variety of power types like 24V DC, 24V AC, 220V AC, 380V AC, etc. Sometimes DC power can be selected, which can be connected with the batteries for fail-safe operation. There are many types of fluid sources for selections, such as compressed air, nitrogen, natural gas, hydraulic fluid, etc. They have various pressures to provide output torque.
2. Valve type
When selecting a suitable actuator for the valve, it is necessary to know the type of valve. Some valves require multi-turn valve actuator, some require single-turn valve actuator, and some require reciprocating valve actuator.
3. Torque size
For 90 degree rotary valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, it is best to get the corresponding valve torque from the valve manufacturer. For multi-turn valves, there are something different. The diameter of the valve stem and the stem connection thread size determine the actuator specifications.
