Tips: Why the engraving accuracy of CNC router is an important parameter?
CNC router machine engraving accuracy directly affects the quality of the workpiece processed by the engraving machine. Setting aside the quality of the workpiece itself, the better the engraving accuracy, the better the quality of the processed workpiece. The engraving accuracy of a engraving machine mainly depends on two aspects, one is positioning accuracy, and the other is repeated positioning accuracy.
1. Positioning accuracy of CNC router engraving machine
The positioning accuracy of the engraving machine can be understood as the error of the tool reaching a specified coordinate of the workpiece, and this error is expressed by "±". For example, a value such as ± 0.005mm represents the error between the actual coordinates and the ideal coordinates after the tool reaches the specified coordinates. This is an intuitive understanding of positioning accuracy.
2. Repeated positioning accuracy of CNC router engraving machine
When the engraving machine is actually processing, it is often necessary to perform multiple processing with different tools on the same coordinate. The repeat positioning accuracy is the error between the actual and ideal coordinates of the tool reaching the specified coordinates multiple times. The parameter form is the same as the positioning accuracy, but the repeated positioning accuracy is generally more accurate than the positioning accuracy.
