Tips: How to prevent the vibration motor from heating up?

In order to avoid heat generation, the vibration motor can use a lot of square hair. What should be done is to make the wind flow along the ribs on the casing as much as possible. In this way, the problem of heat dissipation during use can be effectively reduced. In addition, you can also use the wind to remove dust from the cabinet, and there is a need to do a good job of cleaning and cleaning in a timely manner. The following mainly introduces specific measures in detail:
    1. Clean up regularly.
There are really a lot of measures to prevent the vibration of the vibration motor. One of the methods is to regularly clean the surface of the vibration motor. Very good and very good way to prevent fever. For this reason, what everyone should do in the process of use is regular cleaning and regular cleaning.
    2. Reasonable design.
There will be heat during use. Another reason is that the design is unreasonable. Indeed, in real life, this problem occurs because of the manufacturer's unreasonable design. Therefore, it is recommended that you buy a large brand. Products from large manufacturers can ensure sufficient heat dissipation in this way.

    Here are some questions
On the link for the 65W motor, what is the maximum weight you can put? What is the shaft diameter? Is the 1.8kN specified force the default of the device, but I can make it heavier? Or is that the maximum that the system will allow?

    ATO Responded
    1. 1.8KN is the maximum vibration force of a 65W motor. The vibration force of the motor is set to the maximum when it leaves the factory. The vibration force of the motor can only be adjusted downward, Not upward.  So if you want a stronger vibration force, you can only buy a motor with a larger capacity.
    2. The vibration force can also be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the eccentric block to reduce the vibration force. The larger the opening angle of the eccentric block, the greater the vibration force. But note: the number and angle of the eccentric blocks at both ends need to be kept consistent during adjustment.
    Recommendations for brushless vibration motors
The vibration platform area is 1.5m x 1.5m
I don't know the needed force
I just know the weight of the platform and the load
Both are about 150 to 200 kgm
So I need to know the suitable motor for vibrating this total load. Advice, please.
