    VFD and phase converter, which is better?
    The 34.3 kW is the absolute maximum power number that the machine only uses while preheating for around 10 minutes.
    Most of the time the machine will be running well under 30 kW of power. The hot air blower is 495W and works with a VFD.
    Almost all of the power comes from heating elements or halogen lamps used for heating, and I will list those below.

    The cooling motor and agitation motor are both regular motors and don’t require a speed control like the hot air blower.
    The machine works by electrically heating a large metal drum, hot air, and a halogen lamp with 100% electric heat. As long as the voltage is 380 and stable at 60hz.
    We are still wondering if a large VFD will be better or a rotary phase converter so we will need help choosing a good solution for them. We are looking to partner with you to build possibly a lot of these to sell alongside the machines.

    2. According to our calculation, your machine needs a peak current of 240A at the input end to run, so your power supply at the input end must reach 53kW.
