The operation logic of the wind turbine controller
We encountered a problem when checking the operation of the wind turbine controller without connecting the battery to it. The controller produced an unstabilized voltage, starting from 7 volts in low wind. Does the MPPT wind controller behave differently when connecting the battery? Could you explain the logic of its operation, including the support of a stabilized output voltage?

The output voltage of our controller cannot be stable. Because the wind speed of the fan is unstable, the output voltage will Not be stable. The function of this controller is only to rectify the three-phase AC power generated by our wind turbine into DC.
MPPT is the function of boosting. Under normal circumstances, after the output voltage of our wind turbine is rectified by the controller, it can only be charged when its voltage exceeds the battery voltage. When the wind speed is low, as long as our generator generates current, it can boost the voltage to exceed the battery voltage to charge the battery.
