Tips: Why choose ATO output reactor?
The ATO output reactor is an iron core dry type iron core made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, punched by a high-speed punch, with small burrs, uniform rules, neat and beautiful laminations, low temperature rise and low noise during operation.
The AC line reactor coil adopts high-quality insulated wire, wound by a special machine, which has the advantages of good flatness and beautiful appearance.
The iron core column of the three-phase reactor is divided into even small pieces by multiple air gaps. The air gap uses high-temperature and high-strength connecting glue to tightly bond each small section of the core column with the upper and lower yokes.
During the assembly process of the reactor, all clamps are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the key clamps are made of non-magnetic materials, and are pre-baked-vacuum dipping-heat curing and other processes, so that the coil and iron core of the filter reactor are firmly integrated. Reduce the temperature rise and noise during operation, and effectively improve the quality of the reactor.
