I have a butterfly valve that needs 54 Nm.
Is this possible with a servomotor to open and close the valve in 1 second?

We can provide 7kW, three-phase 220V, 1000rpm, 67Nm servo motor, but there is no 54Nm version.
We cannot guarantee that the servo motor can open and close your butterfly valve within 1 second, because the opening/closing speed of the valve is related to the installation method and structure of the system.

I would like to know if the motor and encoder cable is included with the 5.5kW servo motor and drive kit?

Yes, including 1-3 meters cable. Cable length can be customized, more than 3 meters. For each additional 1 meter, the extra cost is 5.38USD.
