Existing reviews of 400W AC Vibration Motor, 3 Phase, 4 Pole
I have an important question
We plan to install two motors per shaker, positioned closely together underneath. This means we require four motors in total for our two shakers.
The model you previously recommended is ATO-AVM-MVE80015, which is a 400W motor with a speed of 1420 rpm, suitable for 3-phase 380V, 50 Hz power supply. Do you have any models that meet similar specifications in terms of force and power, but with a lower rpm, around 1000 rpm? I have heard that many shakers used in French fries production lines are equipped with motors that operate at around 950 or 1000 rpm.

We still recommend you to use the six-pole vibration motor.
Although the four-pole motor and the six-pole motor have the same vibration force, the vibration amplitude of the material is different. The vibration of the six-pole material will be higher, and the vibration amplitude of the four-pole is smaller than that of the six-pole.
French fries production lines like this generally require the material amplitude to be relatively high, so that the fries can be easily cooled and not stick together. If a four-pole motor is used, it may not jump that high, and it will not be so easy to cool, and it may stick together.
How is the vibrating effect of your vibrating motor?
I am an engineer in the mechanical testing lab of a manufacturer of automatic sliding doors. I am working on methods and techniques for vibration analysis to monitor the condition of the mechanics and structural components (mainly aluminum) in our sliding doors.
The doors we tested were generally 48 inches by 84 inches by 3 inches (W x H x D), roughly 30 pounds, and constructed from an aluminum frame set by two horizontal fastening rods.
I would like to know how is the vibrating effect of your vibrating motor?

In that case below, if you would like to mount the motor directly on the door panel for testing, we would recommend 60W,12V, 7000rpm DC Brushless Vibration Motor, and 2 motors for 1 door.
If you have a vibrating platform for testing, you would also need to let us know the dimensions and weight of this platform (including the weight of the material being vibrated) for recommending a right motor. It would be better if you could provide us with a workflow diagram for our reference.
