Features
- The linear slide guide rail adopts synchronous belt transmission, high speed, equipped with servo motor up to 2000mm/s, repeat accuracy ±0.04, especially suitable for high-speed linear motion requirements.
- The belt driven linear slide is a semi-enclosed linear motion system, which is mainly composed of aluminum body, guide rail, diagonal bearing holder, cover plate, slide block and other components.
- Linear slide guide rail uses corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy as the base. A high-precision linear guide pair is installed in the base. The aluminum alloy motion base is installed on the slide block. The middle part of motion seat is connected with the nut of ball screw.
- Motor of the motorized linear slide drives the sliding table to reciprocate through the ball screw rod.
- The diagonal bearing holder ensures the repeatability and positioning accuracy of motion seat. The aluminum alloy cover is installed on the motion base for overall protection.

Tips: How to solve the heating problem of 400W belt driven linear slide?
Generally, the 400W belt driven linear slide will generate heat more or less during operation. For example, the heating during high-speed reciprocating linear motion is normal. Stop the linear slide for a few minutes and restart it.
In addition to normal heating, 400W belt driven linear slide will also have abnormal heating. For example, water droplets on the 400W belt driven linear slide, it will vaporize immediately, and there will be tremble at the same time. If this situation is not dealt with in time, the belt driven linear slide is likely to be damaged due to heat, or wear the belt and guide rails. This will affect the service life of the belt driven linear slide. This heating is generally caused by the slider, that is, the slider is the root cause of this abnormal heating phenomenon. At this time, users can check whether the slider part is malfunctioning, or directly replace the slider.
