Tips: The influence of oil seal on hydraulic single gear pump.
If the oil seal of hydraulic single gear pump is worn out, the rubber seal ring in the pump will deteriorate and lose its elasticity, and it will lose its sealing and isolation effect on the high-pressure oil chamber and the low-pressure oil chamber. This will cause the oil pressure in high-pressure oil chamber to flow to low-pressure oil chamber, reducing the working pressure and flow rate of hydraulic single gear pump. The self-tightening oil seal of ATO hydraulic single gear pump is a skeleton type oil seal with a spring. If the oil seal is damaged or disrepaired for a long time, air will be sucked into the oil pump from the gap between oil seal and the main shaft journal, and enter the oil tank through the return pipe, producing a lot of bubbles in oil tank. This will cause the oil in oil tank to decrease, and the oil in the engine oil sump will increase, making the oil cylinder lift slowly or unable to lift.
