    Tips: Why a 300W power inverter connected to a car cigarette lighter can’t get a desktop computer start up?

    It is not recommended that you take power from the cigarette lighter to charge more than 120W electrical appliances. The cigarette lighter can only withstand about 10A current and about 100W power, because there is about 2-meter wire connected the battery to cigarette lighter, and the negative polarity of battery is connected to the car shell, causing too much loss of voltage and current. The inverter will not start up when it detects that there is no enough voltage and current to maintain its work. The inverter's best operating voltage is 11-13V.

    Possible solutions:
    1. Change thicker wires from the positive and negative polarity of battery to the cigarette lighter.
    2. Connect the original battery connection clip line of the inverter to the positive and negative poles of the car battery, thus electrical appliances within 300W can be started.

    I have some questions about using pure sine wave inverter.
    I bought a pure sine wave inverter from Amazon for a solar project. The inverter generated huge amounts of high frequency noise. Several attempts at filtering were not successful. The inverter was not usable.
    What are the noise specs. for your ATO-PI-300W inverter in the 12V/120V/60Hz/Lithium version?
    I will need the remote on/off option. Does this require a remote contact closure? How does it connect to user equipment? What is the current drain of the inverter in off condition?

    4. The current consumption of the inverter in the off state is 0.1A.

    Great 300 watt power inverter
    We secured it on a horizontal space, and it works perfectly. The pure sine wave inverter is as good as I expected. It performed extremely well in a very hot and humid climate. Great product! I would buy it again if I needed another one.
