Features
25Amps 3-32V DC to DC solid state relay (SSR) features high structural strength, good impact resistance, and strong shock resistance. This kind of relay acts as a switch in the circuit and can control high voltage and high current circuits with low voltage and low current control signals. The SSR offers a reliable switching the commercial and industrial loads, such as computer peripheral interface device, printing machine, molding machine, food machine, packaging machine, and so on.
- Exquisite workmanship
- Photoelectric isolation
- SSR output
- LED indicator for operation status
- Removable protective cover for safety
- Panel mount
- Zero-crossing switch type

Tips: Protective measures of solid state relays in terms of electrical noise
Generally speaking, solid state relays do not fail due to electrical noise unless they happen to falsely trigger during a possible high current surge during the line cycle. Oftentimes, failures due to noise are only temporary, such as opening when a solid state relay should be closed, and vice versa.Noise by its nature is difficult to define, it is created by the randomness of contact bounce and motor commutator arcing, etc.
Noise, more correctly defined as Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), affects solid state relays by sending signals into sensitive parts of the circuit, such as thyristors.A built-in snubber RC network across the output can effectively reduce sensitivity to noise, especially at lower frequencies. This is standard for CII AC relays.
