Yes, there is no problem with the capacitor. In response to your question, we are testing it these days. First remove the cables at both ends of the ground capacitor (the ground capacitor is no longer used), and then lead a cable from the feedback capacitor on the left (right terminal) to the housing. This means that the natural wire N and the ground wire are connected together. You can test it like this and feedback the results to us.
One of the standout features is its ability to seamlessly switch between 380v 50Hz and 460v 60Hz output frequencies. the converter is surprisingly energy-efficient, which has resulted in significant cost savings for our operation.

Unfortunately, we do not provide installation pictures.
The converter can be installed in a space with good ventilation and heat dissipation.
I have a frequency converter requirement below
I have a requirement below:
Frequency Converter
Input: 240V AC, 3 phase, 60Hz
Output: 400V AC, 3 phase, 50Hz
Total load: 44kW, 79Amps
The load here is air conditioning and other appliances on a yacht.
Please give me your proposal with the cost and delivery lead time.

Regarding the load you mentioned, what is the other appliance?
We need to confirm your load equipment before we can recommend a suitable power supply.
Thank you for your understanding.
Can you assist us with the frequency converter troubleshooting?
We had other projects that took precedence over our frequency converter. Now we need to pick this up again! As stated in my previous email we need technical assistance with this project. We are not qualified technicians nor are we electricians.
We do not feel comfortable taking off the side panels, disconnecting various items, powering up the system, and taking multi meter measurements.
Does ATO partner with another stateside company that can assist us with the troubleshooting? We would really appreciate the help.

Since our technical support center is now in China, we will provide you with technical assistance by email. Please contact us at this email address support@ato.com and do not worry, as the problem will be solved.
You can remove the side panels, disconnect the various devices, power up the system, and take measurements with a multimeter.
This is also very simple that we have also shot some demonstration videos, and you can watch our demonstration videos first and then operate.
Fuse measurement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXtp2Bu78Xg
IGBT module measurement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-BS9sPuSBs
Driver board measurements: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYeHsrhGuv4
Of course, it's easier to do these things if you can find an electrician locally.
Wiring problem of frequency converter
From what I understand your frequency converter can be wired on the output for Wye (L1, L2, L3 N, G) or Delta (L1, L2, L3 G), correct?

Yes, converter output can be wired for both Wye (L1, L2, L3 + N, G) and Delta (L1, L2, L3 + G).
Can you help me find a suitable frequency converter for me?
I live in Italy and need a transformer to go from 220v, 50Hz to 110v, 60Hz for my stereo amplifier and CD player; thus it needs 2 110 outlets and needs to be 1500 watts. Can you help me?

Yes, recommended frequency converter model: HZ-50-1103, 3kVA power capacity, input: 1ph, 220V (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz and output: 1ph (L, N, G), adjustable (0-150V ), adjustable (40-120Hz), 25A.
I look forward to your frequency converter
I am looking for a power supply unit to enable testing of capacitor start, single phase motors driving a fan.
I am in Adelaide, south Australia, and our standard power source is 220VAC 50Hz.
I have a requirement to be able to test relatively small (Up to 1.5kW – 2kW) motors for the Australian, USA and European markets.
Testing needs to be performed under the following conditions:
220VAC, 50Hz Voltage adjustable by approximately /- 50%
110VAC, 60Hz Voltage adjustable by approximately /- 50%
Having viewed your website, it appears you may have equipment to supply the 50/60Hz power to the motor as required. What do you recommend?

Based on your specs, recommended frequency converter model: HZ-50-1120, 20kVA power capacity, input: 1ph, 220V (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz and output: 1ph (L, N, G), adjustable ( 0-300V)/(0-150V), adjustable (40-120Hz), 83.2A/166.4A. Please, note that we have over-sized recommended converter capacity to 20kVA, so the frequency converter can handle your motor inrush current at the starting period.
High-quality frequency converter
Please quote your model according to the specifications below.

We are looking at purchasing the HZ-50-3345 frequency converter model.
We require a frequency converter able to convert from 3 phase 400V 50Hz grid supply in Denmark to a series of equipment operating at 3 phase 208V 60Hz.
The total amperage for the main electrical panel supplying the equipment will be 60 amps.
The equipment will never operate simultaneously, so the current at any given time will be less than that.

Just need to know the following, so can recommend the most suited converter: 1. Do you need 1-phase input & 1-phase output converter?
2. What is your 400Hz load (connected to converter output) rated current (Amps) or power capacity? What is its kind (motor, electronics, heater etc.)? If it's a motor, do you have any estimation about motor inrush current at the starting period?
Excellent customer service
I contacted the seller of this 200kVA three phase 380v 50Hz / 460v 60Hz frequency converter for help in diagnosing the fault of my frequency converter. After patiently explained by the customer service, I finally understood the cause and solution of the frequency converter failure. Thank you again for your good customer service.
