    2000 amps three phase rectifier is a AC to DC power conversion device with competitive price, air cooled solution to system thermal problems. 380V/ 480V input and 12V/ 18V output, other desired voltages are customized. Energy saving more than 20% because of higher conversion efficiency, especially low DC output voltage.

    Application: This kind of plating rectifier is mainly used in brush plating process, suitable for repairing plated work pieces with defects, depositing different metal patterns on metal surfaces and electrolysis degreasing and plating process etc.

    is there a way to limit its output current to a maxio control vomum while still being used tltage?
    On this power supply, is there a way to limit its output current to a maximum while still being used to control voltage? For example, if we want to run voltage at ~32v but want to make sure it doesn't output more than 1600A is this possible? What does the PLC option on this unit add to it?

    1. Our rectifier can set the set voltage to 32V, and set the current to output 1600A. When the current does not exceed 1600A, the power supply will operate with a regulated 32V; when the current exceeds 1600A, the power supply will operate with a regulated current of 1600A to ensure that the current does not exceed 1600A.
    2. The option of PLC on this unit add to it is mainly to set machine parameters, operating mode settings, etc., to make the machine more automatic.
    Can you let me know what the required water flow for cooling is?
    Can you confirm the dimensions you sent previously are correct? Also, this is rated at 40V DC 1250A / 50 kW for 100% duty cycle? Will this unit have a remote control panel or is it local to the rectifier? Can you let me know what the required water flow for cooling is?

    1. We confirm that the size provided before is correct.
    2. The rated voltage of this device is 40V DC 1250A / 50 kW, the duty cycle is 100%, and it can work at full load, but note that the maximum current is only 1250A.
    3. This device has a remote control panel, the cable length is 5 meters by default, and can be extended to 10-20 meters.  See attached picture for remote control panel.
    3.The water flow required for cooling is five tons per hour.

    I was looking for a plating rectifier for a long time and finally decided to buy one at the ATO store. This 2000A plating rectifier did not disappoint me.
