    1. "adjust time < 1 seconds (against 10% voltage deviation)", it mean that the stabilizer adjustment time <1 second, when the input voltage change rate is within 10%.
    2. Yes, when the machine is working, "temperature rise <60 degrees C".
    3. Yes, it's the level at over voltage in which the machine will switch to the grid, but it will not stop working.
