Let us know what you think about the slip ring
Thanks for getting back to us so promptly.
Currently, due to time constraints, we will not be needing the slip ring portion of the design, just the rotary union. We are still in a slight prototyping and testing phase, so we only need up to 8,000 watts in under 8 separate lines should be okay as we are powering lots of small electromagnets.
For now, we are focusing on getting the basic rotary union manufactured with the correct materials as it will be handling highly concentrated Nitric Acid and ultra-pure water, and ideally not lined with metal but rather polypropylene or high-density polyethylene.
We are working with the prototype manufacturer to get the full specifications currently, but we should have them by the end of the week so we are trying to get a head start in manufacturing as we are on an accelerated schedule.
Let us know what you think and thank you.

We also need to determine these parameters:
1. Electric slip ring:
Regarding the 8,000 watts in under 8 separate lines you mentioned, is the power of 8000W the power of a single line or the total power?
What is the voltage on the line?
2. Rotary joint (air slip ring):
What is the pressure of the air slip ring?
Do you have any requirements for the installation method?
2 different entry passages slip ring
Hi, we are a small R&D company that processes lithium.
We were hoping you would be able to manufacture a rotary union with 2 different entry passages, with a pressure drain completely out of aluminum and other non-metal materials. Additionally, we would like an electrical slip ring as well included that could be rated for up to 8,000 watts.
Please let us know what you think. Thank you.

We also need to know:
Regarding the rated power you mentioned, is it the total power or the power to be passed by a single line?
What is the slip ring voltage? Are there any requirements for the way of installation?
Is slip ring thread port hermetic?
Is the 2-passage rotary joint, pneumatic/electrical slip ring, G1/8'' Thread Port hermetic? I want one side to be a vacuum and the other side to be open to air.

The 2-passage rotary joint, pneumatic/electrical slip ring, and G1/8'' Thread Port are used to connect the air pipe joint.
When installing, the joint needs to be wrapped with raw material tape and then fixedly connected with G1/8''.
The two gas circuits are independent and can be used in a vacuum environment.
The product is well-built and has a sturdy construction, which makes me confident in its durability. The slip ring operates smoothly, and I have not experienced any issues with it so far.

G1/8" threaded port with 12-wire 2A transmission. Currently, in stock, the lead time will be approx 4 days.
2 passage rotary joint for best use
We need to use two different media to transport objects at the same time. Workers use 2-channel rotary joint tools purchased from ATO.com for transportation. It can rotate 360° and transfer fluid media in two channels, and the two-channel design can speed up the material transfer.
