Tips: Frequency modulation interference and electrostatic interference of magnetostrictive sensor
In case of frequency modulation interference and electrostatic interference, the display of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor may fluctuate. Therefore, the trunking of signal line of the magnetostrictive sensor and strong circuit of the equipment should be separated. Magnetostrictive sensor should be mandatorily grounded. It is necessary to use the shielded cable for the signal line. Besides, one section of electricity box shall be grounded with the shielded cable. In case of high-frequency interference, the voltage measurement will be usually normally if the multimeter is used. However, the display figure will bounce ceaselessly. However, in case of electrostatic interference, the situation that emerges will also be the same as that caused by the high-frequency interference. Well, to prove whether it is electrostatic interference or not, it is just necessary to connect certain metal on the machine with the cap screw of magnetostrictive sensor by using a section of power line. Once it is connected, electrostatic interference will be soon eliminated. However, to eliminate high-frequency interference, the above method cannot be used. Then, high-frequency interference source can be tentatively ceased to check whether the display result will be better or not so that the problem about whether it is high-frequency interference can be judged.
