An ultrasonic spot welding machine is a specialized device that utilizes high-frequency sound waves to join materials together. It is commonly used in manufacturing and assembly processes to bond thermoplastics and similar materials without the need for additional adhesives or fasteners.
Features:
- Fast welding speed, energy saving, high fusion strength.
- Stand-alone or built-in to automated welding equipment.
- Intelligent frequency control, eliminating the inconvenience of manual frequency tuning.
- The circuit automatically tracks the transducer frequency in real time, so that the signal frequency and the resonant frequency of the transducer remain the same and work for a long time.

Tips: What is the Welding Principle of Ultrasonic Spot Welding Machine?
Ultrasonic processing of plastics made use of molecular heat effect that when the working interface is under high-pressure, high-frequency friction, there would be a rapid generation of heat. When this heat is enough to melt plastics on working interface, stop the ultrasonic vibration and maintain high pressure on the working interface, thus the workpiece joint surface is melted and welded as one, and the welding is complete.
Ultrasonic welding is through the ultrasonic generator to convert the 50/60Hz current into 15, 20, 35 or 40 KHz high-frequency electrical energy output to the transducer piezoelectric ceramics so that the transducer produces mechanical vibration of the same frequency, and then the mechanical motion is transmitted to the welding head through a set of amplitude converter device that can change the amplitude. The welding head transmits the vibration energy received to the joint of the workpiece to be welded, where the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction to weld the product.
