Please refer to the VFD manual and quick setup manual and video. Manual: https://www.ato.com/Content/doc/gk3000-variable-frequency-drive-user-manual.pdf
Quick setup manual: https://www.ato.com/Content/doc/VFD-quick-setup-manual-and-application.pdf
If you need to set the reverse direction, just set parameter P0.04=1.
If you need to control the forward and reverse rotation of the motor by button: refer to the quick setup manual P3.

The VFD has developed a problem where it will not receive the proper info from the pressure transducer. Through testing with multi meter it is apparent that the pressure transducer is working correctly. However, once the signal gets to the VFD the VFD is not interpreting the signal correctly. Display on VFD when checking b-15 does not display logical information. The VFD is a GK3000-2S0075G. I am using a 24V, 4-20mA 1mpa pressure transducer. Please advise.

If the VFD cannot receive the correct information from the pressure sensor, we recommend checking parameter P7.02 feedback settings and checking the CI jumper. Video reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKR4tX4x0qQ&list=PLlo8RulDRnthBFbP4ydheukDSKw2hAfDn&index=5

Restore factory settings: If the VFD nameplate has 9000, please set Pd.01=1. If there is no 9000, please set parameter P3.01=10.
P8.02 only has a range from 0 - 10 not sure how this setting changes the voltage.
Our main issue is we are getting a E-12 error. Our 3 ph power is going to (2) A/C 10 Ton condenser. These condensers will only accept 208v - 230v power /- 10%. The output of 260v put us over. We added a step down transformer from 240v - 208v and now the power output is 214v, but the E-12 error is still occurring.
Thoughts? I would be very beneficial to speak to you direct.

1. If the VFD serial number you receive does not have the word 9000 in front of it, it means it is an old version. The VFD output voltage modification parameter of the old version is P0.08. You can set P0.08=220v, and test again.
2. Note: Our VFD can only be connected to the motor load and can Not be used as a power supply for the condensing machine, otherwise the VFD will operate abnormally. So if you connect the VFD to the condenser, it will Not work properly.
3. Generally we will assist troubleshooting by email, which makes the feedback information more clear, It is also more convenient to transfer files and record files, thank you for your understanding.
Couple of question about VFD
We have your GK3000-2S0075G installed and have a couple of questions.
Is this drive ok for 208v? It seems like they are ok for 208v/230v/240v from what I read.
Can the Output voltage be adjusted? Is so, how?

Yes, our GK3000-2S0075G also worke for AC208V, but the output voltage is related to the input voltage, the output voltage will Not be greater than the input voltage.
For example, the VFD input voltage is 208V, then the maximum VFD output voltage is also 208V, and it can Not boost.
I need help moving my VFD from blinking local to drive. it was working with drive earlier but stopped and would start blinking local. i am using a GK3000 VFD for a 10 horsepower motor and also need help setting it up. The motor is 480V.

For the parameter setting and use of VFD, please refer to the quick setting document description in the attachment.
Also our demo video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5w6imIrlYKs&list=PLlo8RulDRnthBFbP4ydheukDSKw2hAfDn&index=25

I am operating a GK3000 2S-0075G VFD.
I am controlling the frequency using analog voltage input (P0.01 = 5) and controlling the start/stop using the front panel buttons (STOP and FWD).
We have been operating this way for nearly a year now without issue.
However, a new need has arisen where I would also like to run the VFD the same way (analog control), but in reverse by pressing the REV button.
By factory default, I found P3.46 set to 030, which didn’t make sense, in the manual it shows as either 0 or 1.
When P3.46 = 030, the REV button on the front panel caused the system to jog in the forward direction.
I would like the REV button to cause the motor to spin in reverse.
Thank you for your input on this.

What is your order number?
Please let us know so we can better help you.
Hope you can understand.
If you need the REV button to cause the motor to spin in reverse, please set the parameter P3.46=031 (change the one digit to 1), and P0.04=00 to allow reverse.
The part number is GK3000-2S0037, https://www.ato.com/5hp-vfd, and GK3000-2S0075G, https://www.ato.com/10hp-single-phase-to-three-phase-vfd.
We ordered the ones that ATO had recommended and are asking me to help program them but not sure what settings are needed. I've looked at some of your videos. I thought there would be one on this page but no luck. https://www.ato.com/single-phase-to-three-phase-vfd
All the items we would be powering are motors but would the 10HP VFD work OK on a smaller motor, say a 3HP?
I'll ask for the pictures of the nameplates but should be the part numbers mentioned above.

For the programming of these two models GK3000-2S0037 and GK3000-2S0075G, you can refer to the attached quick setup document and the following two demo videos.
Note: If the motor is dual voltage, please follow the three-phase 220/230V voltage mode shown on the motor nameplate for wiring.
Please refer to the video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6tTQdAVliM&list=PLlo8RulDRnthBFbP4ydheukDSKw2hAfDn&index=17 OR https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxTVneMG5Jo&list=PLlo8RulDRnthBFbP4ydheukDSKw2hAfDn&index=27
No power coming out 3 phase side

Please don't worry, as long as you provide the information as requested, we will resolve your issue.
1. Please send us the nameplate of your VFD and motor for confirmation.
2. Please check whether the wiring of your VFD and motor is correct, as shown in the attached picture, and confirm whether the single-phase voltage input by the VFD is normal.
3. If the wiring is correct, please follow the attached quick setup documentation, or the following video to check if your VFD parameter settings are correct. Pls see on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6tTQdAVliM&list=PLlo8RulDRnthBFbP4ydheukDSKw2hAfDn&index=17
4. If the problem persists, you could send us a video showing the problem via wetransfer.com for reference.
I have a question regarding the input wiring for the GK3000-2S0075G drive. The wiring schematic on page 22 of the User Manual shows inputs (X1-6, FWD, REV) connected as sinking (NPN) inputs. Can the inputs also be wired as sourcing (PNP) inputs? Is there a SOURCE/SINK mode switch on the drive?

Regarding the input wiring for the GK3000-2S0075G drive, the multi-function input terminals (X1-6, FWD, REV) are connected to the common COM terminal, so you don't need to consider whether it is NPN or PNP type. P24 and COM, 10V and GND are the +24VDC and +10V power supplies provided externally.
Is there a complete manual for the VFD?
Some time ago we purchased from you GK3000-2S0075G, order number 95923, the device was installed 2 months ago and works fine.
Today the VFD was working fine and when I changed some options I completely lost control of the device. Now the unit says I have 220V on the DC bus when I have 600V and I can't even turn the pump on.
Would like to ask you if you have the complete manual to try to configure the unit again, the printed manual we got with the unit does not describe all the options that can be configured.
Thank you in advance.

Dear Haley,
You could set P17.01=2 (factory reset), and test again.
Noted: The SHIFT button on the board is shift key, and the ENT button is to save and confirm the parameters.
After setting down, you could test the VFD again. Please check the attached user manual for your reference.
Do I need to double the size of each load when I buy a VFD?
When sizing a single phase to three phase vfd, do I have to double the size per load. Example I want to power a 3phase 5hp motor on a table saw. Do I need a vfd rated at 10hp?

No, you don't have to double the VFD size. For 5hp motor, it will be suffice to go with 7.5hp drive. If you need from us to size the drive, please inform about motor rated current and voltage.
