dc reversing contactor 100a dimensionTips: DC contactor working principle

When the contactor coil powers on, the coil current generates a magnetic field, which makes the static iron core to produce magnetic adhesion and then suck the moving iron core, thus driving the movable contact to move. Normally closed contact disconnects and normally open contact closes, the two are linked. When the coil powers on, magnetic adhesion disappears, the armature releases under the effect of retracting spring, thus restoring the contact: Normally open contact disconnects while the normally closed contact closes.
DC contactor should be used in the DC power loop, such as the DC oil pump. This motor is used to guarantee the oil supply of turbine system at the time of power outage, both of its main circuit and auxiliary circuit are DC, so is the contactor.

Does the 100A version have a similar setup to the 50A version?
I ordered the following product in the subject line and was wondering if there was any documentation for wiring this specific contactor to a motor. I saw the video on the product site however that was for the 50A version, is it a similar setup for the 100A version? Please and thanks.

ATO Responded
Yes, it is a similar setup for the 100A version, you can refer to that video to complete all the operation settings, note that your motor starting current should not exceed the contactor's rated continuous current of 100A.
Use time of 100A DC reversing contactor
How long can the coils be energized for your 100A reversing contactor ATO-DCCON-R100?

ATO Responded
The conactor (ATO-DCCON-R100) coil working specification can be continuous or discontinuous mode, continuous use for 24 hours or longer without any problem, as long as you don't use it overloaded. And the electrical life will be 30000 times.
Coil of 100A DC reversing contactor
Your DC reversing contactor ATO-DCCON-R100: is each contact able to conduct 100amps? and if so am I supposed to energize only one coil at a time? The coils are both labelled "K" so it seems to imply that both coils should be energized at the same time?
From: Stefanv | Date: 22/06/2021

ATO Responded
Yes, each contact able to conduct 100amps. But it has 2 coils for selection of positive and negative directions. The middle contact of the coil should be connected to the negative pole of the power supply, and the other ends of the coil are connected to the positive pole of the power supply. Only one coil is connected at a time.
